The new Enerzy NXT midsole foam provides exceptional rebound, while the improved Wave technology provides a smooth ride and support to help prevent any over-pronation, maintaining your natural gait.


The midsole in this latest version has been completely restructured, designed to deliver the ideal balance of softness, responsiveness, and support for smooth weight transfer with each stride you take. The top layer features ENERZY foam, providing high energy return and ultra-soft cushioning for premium comfort. The bottom layer is crafted from the new Enerzy NXT blend, resulting in responsiveness and exceptional rebound.

Mizuno’s supportive Wave plate is positioned between these two cushioning layers. Its updated asymmetrical design gives a smoother ride and helps reduce over-pronation, or excessive inward rolling of your arches. Together, this enhanced support and the new Enerzy NXT foam elevate your running experience to even greater comfort and stability.
